A total of over 10,000 have started writing examinations for Business, Fisheries. Meteorology, Lands and Survey examinations. The Board registered 8,807 candidates for Business Diploma and Certificate programmes, and 1,547 candidates for specialized Academic programmes including Fisheries, Meteorology, Agriculture, Wild life and Lands and Survey. The board deployed over 200 examination managers and these will be working alongside the team of monitors from UBTEB secretariat to ensure that the examinations are conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations on the conduct of UBTEB examinations.
UBTEB's Phase two examinations included students of wildlife and Agriculture programmes and these started on 29 May 2017.A total of 5,297 candidates for Technical National Diploma and Higher Diploma programmes completed their examinations in phase one on Monday 15th May 2017 and end on 26th May 2017
The Board will conclude the conduct of May/June 2017 examinations on 16th June 2017 after which the Board will embark on the marking exercise of these examinations.
